Ordering Process

1. How do I place my order?

  • Select the items you require from the website.
  • Add them to your cart.
  • Fill in the required details.
  • Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you and our team will be ready to prepare your orders.

Please note that, orders would only be ready for collection or delivery the next working day upon placing order by default, unless we contact you for an alternate date of delivery/collection. Orders placed after 2pm would be considered the next day.

For example:

Order placed before 2pm 03/01/2023, you will receive your order on 04/01/2023.

Order placed after 2pm 03/01/2023, you will receive your order on 05/01/2023.

Delivery Process

1. What are the delivery timings?

  • We apologise to our customers as you are not able to select your preferred delivery timings. However, we guarantee that you will receive your items on the next working day upon placing your order.

2. When will my items be delivered?

  • The next working day. For same-day delivery please contact us directly at +65 89501889.

3. What is the minimum order for delivery?

  • $30 SGD

4. What are the delivery charges?

  • Delivery charges are based on your location, charges would be automatically generated upon check out.

5. What if I am not home to collect my items?

  • Do contact us and let us know before-hand, so we can inform our drivers to place it outside your home.

6. Can I change my shipping address?

7. Can I choose to self-collect my order that was placed online?

  • Yes, you can opt for self-collection on the checkout page.

8. Is there any minimum order for self-collection?

  • No.

9. When will my orders be ready for self-collection?

  • The next working day by default, unless we contact you for an alternate date of collection. For same-day collection, please contact us directly at +65 89501889.

10. Can I arrange my own courier/delivery fleet?

Returns, Refund, & Exchange Policy

1. What can and can’t be returned?

  • Upon order confirmation, all items can’t be returned due to the nature of the goods. You are encouraged to double check your cart before checking out.

2. When can I get a refund?

  • Missing items/wrong items upon delivery. Please check your items once delivered and let our customer service know immediately.

3. Can I make changes to my order after checking out?

  • No, you can’t. Please contact our customer service hotline at +65 89501889 immediately to check if there is still time to amend your order.

4. Can I exchange if I purchase the wrong item?

  • No. Exchange is not allowed after we dispatch your order due to the nature of our goods being perishable and temperate sensitive. You are encouraged to double check your cart before checking out.

  • Lee Flower Supply specialise in fresh cut flowers like jasmine, roses, and orchids that are mainly used for prayer purposes.

2. Where do our flowers come from?

  • Indonesia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia.

3. How long does the fresh cut flowers last?

  • To prolong the life of the flowers, we suggest that you keep them in the fridge between 6 - 18 degree Celsius.

4. Why do some products have price changes frequently?

  • Prices for some flowers are very sensitive to external factors like the weather, natural disaster, plant pests, and etc. Hence, prices fluctuate based on the demand and supply in the market.

5. Why is the product constantly out of stock?

  • Some products require at least 4 days advance order. If you require those products, please give us a call or WhatsApp us at +65 89501889.



Customer Service Policy

Our Fresh Flowers and Promises

We strive hard to ensure that our customers only receive the best freshest flowers we have. We guarantee transparent pricing and product quality. At Lee Flower Supply, we take pride in our flower freshness, quality, packaging, and handles everything with care and pre-cautious.

Our Delivery Guarantees

At Lee Flower Supply, we guarantee that flowers will be
delivered the next working day by default – if the orders were made before 2pm, unless we contact you for an alternative date for delivery.

However, we will not be liable for any orders under any of the following circumstances:

  1. The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during delivery period stated – between 10am – 6pm.
  2. An incorrect address was provided.
  3. No such person was at the given address.
  4. No valid contact number was provided for Lee Flower Supply to contact recipient to make the delivery.
  5. Recipient request for items to be left outside the door upon delivery, Lee Flower Supply will not be liable for missing items.

Our Self-collection Guarantees

At Lee Flower Supply, orders placed online are allowed to be self-collected and we guarantee that flowers can be collected the next working day by default – if the orders were made before 2pm, unless we contact you for an alternative date of collection.

Self-collection includes arranging your own courier service.
However, do make sure to contact our customer service representative to arrange
for the time of collection by the 3rd party courier service.

Do note that all flowers are temperate sensitive, if you opt for a 3rd party courier do ensure that the service provider delivers your item as fast as they can, to preserve the freshness and quality of our flowers.

Please present your invoice to our service staff while doing collection in shop.

However, we will not be liable for any orders under any of the following circumstances:

  1. The recipient did not collect the order within the collection hours stated – between 9am -4pm.
  2. A confirmation invoice was not presented during collection.
  3. Recipient did not receive flowers from 3rd party courier.
  4. 3rd party courier did not collect the order within the collection hours stated between 9am -4pm. 
  5. 3rd party courier did not handle the parcel/items well after being handed over by Lee Flower Supply.

At Lee Flower Supply, we strive to ensure that our customers get what they see and purchase online on our website as per web image and product description.

However, in the event that a flower is unavailable due to seasonal or stock availability, it will be substituted with a similar flower of equal or higher value without prior notice. In common cases, India rose colours for garlands are highly substitutable. In the event that a flower/product is unavailable for substitution, we will contact you for alternatives.
