How it Works:

  •  At the start of the plan, choose your preferred set of flowers or garlands.
  • The same set will be delivered automatically for the entire subscription duration."

3. Set a Fixed Delivery Day

  • Pick a day between Monday to Saturday for your regular deliveries.
  • Deliveries will occur automatically on this day each week based on your selected frequency."

4. Upfront Payment

  • Pay upfront for the entire subscription plan, including a one-time delivery fee based on your postal zone.

5. Modify Your Orders (Optional)

  • Notify us at least 1-2 days in advance if you wish to change your delivery day or switch to different flowers/garlands.
  • Any price differences will be calculated and billed separately at the end of your subscription period."

6. Skipping Deliveries
Based on your plan:

  • 2x/month: No skips allowed.
  • 1x/week: 1 skip allowed.
  • 2x/week: 2 skips allowed.

2. Payment

  • Each delivery must meet a minimum order value of $30.

4. Changes to Delivery Address

  • Any changes to the delivery address may incur additional charges.

5. Modifications to Orders

  • Customers must notify us at least 2 days in advance for any changes to their delivery items or additional orders. Any price differences will be calculated and billed separately.

6. Seasonal Price Adjustments

  • Due to seasonal variations, temporary price adjustments may occur. Customers will be notified of any changes, and discrepancies must be settled promptly.

7. Delivery Timing

  • Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, but delivery will occur on the specified day. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

8. Product Availability

  • If the selected flowers or garlands are unavailable, we will offer suitable alternatives or reschedule the delivery.

9. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not permitted by default after subscription confirmation. However, requests for cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Skipping Deliveries

  • Skipping deliveries is allowed based on the subscription plan frequency. Customers must provide at least 3 days’ notice for skipped deliveries.

11. Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for missed deliveries if we cannot reach the recipient or if the items cannot be safely delivered.

12. Non-Transferable
