How It Works

1. Choose from A: 2x/month, B: 1x/week, or C: 2x/week deliveries.

2. Customize your subscription with your preferred flowers from our shop selections.

3. Select your delivery day for ultimate convenience. (Between Monday to Saturday)

4. Enjoy flexibility to make minor changes to your order 1-2 days before delivery. (differing amount will be calculated)

5. Advance payment required; terms apply. Minimum order must always be at least $30 per trip.

6. Options to skip deliveries available (A: No skipping, B: Allowance to skip once, C: Allowance to skip twice).

Frequency of subscription will depend on the consultation with our professional staff, usually ranging from 6-12 times.

In case of any non-default situations, our staff will contact you.

Terms and Conditions

This plan is valid from the start date to the end date specified.

  1. Changes to the delivery address will incur additional charges.
  2. Please notify us at least 2 days in advance for any additional orders before the delivery date.
  3. Due to seasonal variations, temporary price adjustments may occur. We will notify you of any changes, and discrepancies must be settled promptly.
  4. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on any delays.
  5. If selected flowers are unavailable, we will offer suitable alternatives or reschedule delivery.
  6. Cancellations of the subscription plan are not permitted by default upon initial subscription. However, requests for cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  7. Changes to your subscription can be made with at least 7 days' notice before the next scheduled delivery.
  8. Refunds are not available for missed deliveries if we cannot reach you or if flowers cannot be safely delivered.
  9. Subscription plans are non-transferable.
  10. Payments must be made in advance via accepted methods (e.g., paynow, credit card, bank transfer).
  11. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  12. A redelivery fee may apply for missed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
  13. Skipping a delivery requires at least 3 days' notice.
  14. Our customer service team is available to assist with any issues or disputes.
  15. We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with prior notice.
